Trainerize is the workout planner. We tailor programmes for you (use website for entering info initially, but use the app whilst in the gym).
What to do
You will receive an email asking you to login and make a password via the website (please check junk or request if it hasn't sent). Bookmark this site and as you're now in the profile part of the website, please enter as much information as you can on your profile (age, date of birth etc). Then, where you see the 'Notes' section on the right hand side, I need you to tell me:
how hard do you want to train?
In the meantime, I want you to become familiar with the app. Please download the app 'Trainerize' to use on your phone/tablet.
Once logged into the app, press 'switch info' in the top right of the screen to toggle between the profile details part and the workout part.
You'll now see a calendar list. Press on the first date you want the programme to start.
You'll now see a few options: 'Workout', 'Cardio', Body Stats' and 'Photos'.
Pressing 'Workout' will allow to schedule your particular type of session that day. Choices are:
Plan your workout schedule for the week. I have assigned you one of the following plans:
You can record 'Body Stats' at any time but please make sure you record at least once per week if doing a Weight Loss programme. (Also add 'Photos' for extra motivation...why not).
